A decade in New York commercial real estate

Before expanding EY Legal into personal injury, Eduard spent more than a decade working in New York commercial real estate, including leasing, investment sales, development, ownership matters, and legal work involving commercial leases and transactions. That experience shaped a practical approach to negotiation, contracts, property issues, and solving complex problems.

Today, he brings that same practical mindset to his legal practice, with a focus on preparation, clear communication, and resolving each matter with purpose.

Queens is home

Eduard came to the United States as a refugee at age four and has lived in Queens for more than 30 years. The firm is on Woodhaven Boulevard in Rego Park, and clients come from across the borough and the rest of New York City. You can speak with our office in English, Spanish or Russian.
